Rahul MEHTA

Dr. Rahul C Mehta is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rapalogix Health, a biopharma company that leverages insights from longevity science for dermatology and aesthetic medicine. He earned his Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from West Virginia University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Bombay. With more than 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, including six years in academia, Dr. Mehta has written or contributed to over 80 research publications and book chapters, presented at more than 200 conferences, and holds multiple patents in pharmaceutical sciences. Before founding Rapalogix, he led the SkinMedica R&D team from 2005, successfully guiding its integration first into Allergan and later Abbvie. Dr. Mehta is dedicated to developing holistic, evidence-based skincare solutions focused on skin longevity, backed by robust biological and clinical data. His work aims to move beyond simply addressing aging symptoms by exploring the biological mechanisms of skin aging, quality changes due to aging, and the impact of diversity, ultimately supporting the skin’s natural regenerative abilities for balanced, long-term health.
