Доктор Lucas Liang Choong CHIA

Dr. Lucas Chia received his medical training at Queen’s University of Belfast, UK and later obtained a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff, UK. He also holds dual fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians of Glasgow FRCP(Glasg) and Edinburgh FRCP(Edin).

As the Founder & Medical Director of IDO’S Clinic in Malaysia and WeCoMed Clinic in Singapore, Dr. Chia leads a chain of clinical centres specializing in laser, dermatological, and aesthetic treatments across both countries.

Dr. Chia is internationally recognized for his expertise in Fotona laser systems. He serves as an International Expert Clinical Lecturer with the Laser & Health Academy (LA&HA) and was honored with the Fotona Ambassador Award in 2024. In addition, he is a frequent guest speaker on live television health programs in Malaysia, where he shares his insights on dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
